I love that this developer doesn't pack too many units in one estate. Their estates always have big gardens and open spaces. I just wish they would go easy with the excessive high gloss/dark wood/heavy browns for their interiors. It's a bit tacky for me.
I agree on the tackiness. But there is actually a target market for the bling. Even that mirror for me is a bit much.

Galencia Properties has nice apartments. My only issue with them is that most - do not have lock up garages. It is shaded parking lots - sometimes not good for safety - and the weather elements.

R2.5m is a bit too pricey however I think it’s mainly because of the location. Lovely apartment though, the main bathroom could use more space and a double vanity sink.
That's about R14k per m2, which is fair.

For a 175m2 apartment, the master bedroom is small. It is actually a size of what a normal bedroom should be...The bathrooms are crammed. Otherwise, great apartment. Thank you David.

Gas stove they usually don’t use those in apartments because of hazards but because of load shedding they are so I’m assuming no generator or solar system disappointing
