I'm brand new to real estate, only days in and had no good ideas on where to prospect, or what daily activities or how to track what I need to do on a day to day. I’m an investor and my advice to you agents is to Learn about creative financing. My partners and I make agents a lot of money because we make it possible for them to make more sales because we can buy properties from sellers regardless of their equity. If you really want to get your listings sold connect with me and my partners. If you don’t want to take the time to learn creative financing then leave that to us but at least entertain the conversation. I can’t tell you how many I’ve come across that have missed out on thousands of dollars worth of agent commissions simply from not getting involved with investors that structure deals using creative financing.

Hi Jackie, new subscriber here…First off Thank you !! 2ndly, I got me RE license 6, limited time due to another full time job, but I feel stuck!! Im not sure exactly what Im supposed to be doing as a new agent, what happens when I do get a listing? What is the important information I need to already lnow? Do I have to have vendors on hand ready to go? im still in my coaching pgm with my brokerage BUT im still very lost… Im looking thru all your videos!! Extremely helpful!!
Hi Sylvia, you need to prospect daily and consistently and you’ll learn everything else as you go. Otherwise, you’ll spend months learning and make no money.
Hello Jackie, I do work a full time job at the moment. My hours are 6 pm till 4:30 am. Which gets me home about 5:30 am. Do you think I could still accomplish selling 30 to 50 homes this year? I would have 3 hours to prospect on Monday, Tuesday, Wedensday, then I have all day and evening on Thusday, Friday and Saturday to prospect and go on appointments. Trying to figure out how I would fit in your course as well. It would be awesome to be one of your success stories.
Hi Melanie, you can definitely sell 30-50 homes your first year. You have to spend all of your free time prospecting and listen to my training while driving, cooking, working out, etc. it’s going to take a strong commitment and discipline but you can do it.

Tough questions, I haven't compared them side by side. Espresso Agent is excellent and a lot of my clients use it and are very happy.
