I had rashes on my arm and didn't have ointment at home. It was sooo itchy!! 😣 But then I played this. Less than 5mins the redness of my skin was gone. my skin is now completely fine. Hello all! I’m writing with the intention that whomever sees this will see it at the most aligned moment.
So I did this session, in a salt bath, twice in a row. The first time I had surface level visuals of my skin shedding, detoxifying “darkness”/heaviness and becoming radiant. The second go round, I cried.
I have recently been suffering from mild body acne, which I never had growing up and some other congestion in my skin (specially stubborn black heads). I did a self reiki session on myself last night and correlated energetic congestion with the manifestation of skin congestion. When I scanned through my field, and observed these sessions, I noticed heaps of energetic clogging.
I’m sure a similar comparison can be suggested for other skin health issues, but I hope this was insightful because it was a HUGE epiphany (and a duh lol) for me.
Thank you Lourdes for this brief, yet powerful purge. I look forward to weaving your healings into my daily routine!

This is something usually taught in level 1. You should ask your Reiki Master about it, to see how she/he teaches it.

I would suggest clearing the aura, chakra meridians, then playing the videos for each individual chakra, followed by Reiki to strengthen the aura, chakras, and meridians.
