Who do you track A/R including aged A/R by - by Patient or Payor e.g. Hospital, Insurance Company etc.? Sometimes it can be tricky and Payor can change after raising invoice.
Hello, thank you so much for your comment! I really depends on what type of follow-up you are planning to do or what data you’re trying to understand. For example, if you were looking to follow up on insurance claims you would one by insurance company, and then the secondary category would be according to patient and the third according to outstanding claim.

I know there are many RCM firms in India. I would continue to search on job forums and listing for those firms. I'm not sure how you can establish a direct connection to an organization in the states. Perhaps LinkedIn is a good resource to promote yourself directly to US based firms & billing managers.

Hi King, Thank you for your question. Are you asking if AR is tough? Remember, Accounts Receivable are responsible for collecting the money owed to the organization. Having basic math skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, will help, but most accounting software handles this. I hope I answered your question.
