Not always. I had a guy who tried to friendzone me after leading me on, told him I dont befriend men I've been intimate with and that I have no need to keep in contact with someone who thinks it's ok to lead someone else on. He came back in 3 weeks asking for commitment. I told him no thanks 🤣

I'm doing no contact with my ex gf after 6 weeks. playing the long game. Patience. But since then I've gotten a new job, hit the gym, and really paying attention to these videos to craft myself and understand relationships. I was with my gf for 6 years and realized I made a lot of mistakes. But I can no longer look into the past. I only look at what I can do in the present. you guys really helped me look forward to either reconnecting with my ex or having a really healthy relationship later down the road with someone new when i'm ready again! Keep fighting the good fight fellow friends!

For me I don't need for him to contact me. Once I'm done that's it. Apparently, his not available in all areas. Which I 'm not making myself available for the unavaible. I definitely move on. My time is very valuable.

Great Commentary Coach Alex and Adrian! Let me add my positive spin! Pulling AWAY ALWAYS WORK! If some of you all really care about your ex, you will let them go - to find their way in life. You have to be still and truly reflect and ask yourself - Are you a good partner? Do you have some unfinished business that will get in the way of a healthy relationship? Are you truly mentally, financially, and physically healthy?, etc., Some of you all have never been without a partner. Are you satisfied with your self? You have to be women enough and get out of the brothers faces and say, it's not you.. I'm not ready, I refuse to mess up your life. That's a true woman..Stop focusing on a rebound.. waste of energy.. Be woman enough and say, God don't send no one my way, until I become the woman you called me to be (know my divine purpose). Wanting a man to make up for what other men did, is to much responsibility for a man. Back off your ex.. leave them alone! You are the problem too.. that is why the relationship failed. When I walked away, and left him alone.. He came to me humble. My silent prayers were more effective than my words, and actions; AND I worked on myself!

Same here I went NC, and I have been getting into rigourous outdoor activities like hiking, raquetball, outdoor aerobics, its been so freeing doing what I love, eating healthier and dropping pounds at the same time.
Probably one of the most inspiring videos I have seen yet from you guys. Thank you so much for this video I have been doing about three months of no contact and I feel stronger each day. Although there are times that I miss him so much and want to contact him again but I am trying to do the best I can to be proactive and not reach out and work on myself. In a message, he told me that he will not reach out to me and please not to reach out to him..but i tried a few times after because i really wanted to try to move past our fallout and try to salvage what we had but he kept blocking me everytime. So i gave up on trying. I have not contacted him and these past couple of months he is still on my mind, i am just stronger mow and recognize my worth and dignity and that he in reality lost something good.thank u for this

Thankyou for the grand advice...I feel I need to really spend time on myself and find myself as I feel in a negative bubble and I must come across as super negative and not someone to want to be around. I have made small changes into my life i.e joined the gym, spending time reading books, watching new shows, engaging in things that make me happy. Love advice TV coaches are really awesome :) I came across of this channel when I was desperately trying to get answers from all the questions inside my head, I only had two boyfriends in my 28 years of life, and both of them, they leave me for someone else, can you imagine how damaged my self esteem and self worth was? Self pity, feeling worthless, feeling that I am replaceable. I was crying the whole 2 weeks. And I am very thankful that I found you guys, your words are really helpful, you always say to your videos to value ourselves to not put them on the pedestal to feel good, little by little as I continue to watch your videos I realized "yeah, I am unforgettable, I am awesome, I have a great personality, I am valuable, I have a lot of friends and they like me for who I am because I am fun to be with, I have a sense of humor, witty, and always laugh a lot. Whenever we have a get together with my friends they always make sure that I can make it because there is no fun without me. If that people can see my worth why am I sulking at home thinking about my ex who dumped me and decided to be with someone else. For the past weeks I was thinking that she maybe way more pretty and GF material than me, but now, I realized because of you guys, the lovely coaches, its his lost not wanting to be with an awesome girl like me. He can never find another like me, and nobody's gonna love him like I did. This is even true when married if one person gives all the time. The other person may start to expect and assume that even if he or she neglects their partner that their partner will continue to put up with it.
In some cases these uneven relationships will continue but in many cases the “giver” will address the unevenness and in some cases just give up and leave.

I left him alone & he sent me divorce papers.
I KNOW that my ex still loves me. That doesn't mean she will admit it or do something about it. That doesn't mean I should chase her either when she keeps pushing me away. So I'm deciding to move on because I need someone more mature and up to MY standards, whether it's her or not. Infact I don't need anyone, I'm happy being on my own actually. What I mean is, my partner NEEDS to be in MY league. I've settled for far too long.

I ve been doing no contact for 6 days. Our last contact was Mar 22nd. I emailed an apology for my part in ruining the relationship. I apologized for anything I said that made him feel that I didnt love him, whatever that happened to be. I told him I dont expect him to reach out to me. I just wanted to say I'm sorry. As of today, I go back to no contact and working on myself and going on a date here and there. I want him back, but he also has to want us to succeed. I accept it whichever way it goes.
