I purchased the Chemical Guys leather care kit. While the solutions are OK, the bristles on the brush for cleaning started falling out and shedding all over the interior after use on only 3 seats.
I brought this to Chemical Guys attention and their response was "thank you for your feedback" and "welcome to the Chemical Guys family". No apology or offer to replace the poor-quality brush. I won't be a repeat customer.

Друг, не нужно так щеткой сильно натирать кожу! Ты сотрёшь весь защитный слой полеуретановой краски! Легкими круговыми движениями, почистил, снял грязь трапкой. Если сильное загрязнение, пройди ещё раз! И обязательно пройди защитным кремом после очистки! Удачи!
At about 4:20 it looks like your steer head logo changed to a very dark color, why? And did it change its color?
It darkened up from the liquid.
It changes in color because its soaking in the oils from the conditioner
