Madam, no doubt the receipe is excellent. But if some one has to follow it , the measurements should be either in volume or weight.Something like one big glass is how much. Glass of 150ml,200ml,350ml?? Sorry for pointing out.

That's aeroplane sheet kadai, once it's heated, uniform heat will be maintained n the ingredients will not be over cooked/ roasted. These ones are from Belgaum .
