Doc was an independent force in the industry and Twitch was trying to lock in creators with 2 year contracts at the time. Seems like they wanted his voice out of the way… so they loosely aggregated an accusation as an excuse to blackball him. Like when Dave Chapelle got so big, the industry attacked him out of fear.
Smitty brings up Urban Meyer as an example of someone that was fired quickly to justify Doug Pederson being on his list. Homie, Urban Meyer won 2 games with the Jags. Doug has had back to back winning seasons (even with the poor finish to last season). What are we talking about? As usual, Smitty just be saying anything. Doesn’t matter if it is true, false, or ties into anything at all. Just pissing into the wind and doesn’t care where it lands. It’s embarrassing to listen to man.

JB ain’t even a jags fan and he disagrees lol. It’s such a goofy choice lmao
Robert Saleh shouldn’t be on this list. He had the jets competitive with Zach Wilson @ QB. McDermott would’ve got fired after Buffalo lost in the playoffs if it wasn’t for mecole hardman fumbling the rock after McDermott went for that stupid fake punt. That fumble saved his ass nobody is talking about that play call. McCarthy should’ve been fired already it’s time.
