    Ingredients:
    Beaten rice med/thick-2 glass and sabudana ¼ cup(optional)
    Chilli paste-2 TSP
    Salt to taste/Hing
    Water-1¾ cup/Ghee-3 TSP
    Lemon-1
    Easy way of doing avalakki Happala/Poha papad step by step video. Grind the poha n sabudana in a mixer to a fine powder. In a vessel add 1¾ of water allow it to boil on medium flame then add pinch of hing, salt &chilli paste.
    When it starts boiling add lemon juice & add powdered poha mixture, mix well on a low flame. Switch off the flame & close the lid..Alow the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes.
    Take a plate and knead the mixture well & grease it with ghee to get a smooth texture. Make it into equal parts and give it a round shape(press it in a Puri presser). Press it thin. Spread a cloth and put all the papads on it. You can dry it in shade for 2 days.

    Madam today I tried your receipe. For avalakki happala, the hittu seem to be hard may be because of water quantity suggested be less. I found the kneading hard and 😂 in difficult.
