Thanks for posting - I might have to find one of these in real life to really test it out. An "Ableton Push Velocity Sensitivity" video I'd be happy with shows the range: how quiet, how loud. I heard some quiet notes on the 808 hi-hats, maybe... the keyboard stuff sounded velocity insensitive/flat.
If it's not in the manual then you could write it into your script using python. Julian Bayle's documentation his Push script modifications would be a good place to start.

If you push the "user-mode" button for a long time , a menu will pop-up there you can arange the sensetivity.

theotherdj1 I figured out that if ableton is open, then the sensitivity is adjusted, it will carry over to user mode also
