Can you do what to wear at tryouts pleasseee! My mom doesnt like me wearing short shorts because of showing too much skin, SO IDK WHAT TOW WEAR HELP!!

hi! I'm hoping to tryout for my school volleyball team, I have so many questions, tryouts are in 3 weeks. I have a problem serving, I saw the video on how to improve your serve and it helped, but I still cant serve far! please help ! btw its my first year being in volleyball I'm going to 7th! I would really want to know what you do at volleyball tryouts!

Cookies I tried out for my volleyball team a while ago and I also had a problem serving far so I guess it takes time or something bc now I can do it

Cookies A tip for serving is to keep your elbow up! When you are learning to serve it is so important to have a high contact point. Another thing you can practice is your toss! Make sure it's consistent pretty high and in front of you!
