Thank you so much! I just unboxed mine and couldn't get the manual's airlock instructions to work but I did what you suggested about "poking" the little white button and filling past the max and I now have my first cup of delicious coffee!!
Just got one of these and can't get it to start. Followed instructions... I think it's on air lock. What's the best way to trouble shoot? Customer support didnt even try to help :(
@Rockoblocko The power button turns machine on and works with rinsing, etc. But it will not power machine down to off. (No power). Phoned GE appliance tech who was not much help. Could it be that machine is not meant to be completely shut down, such as TV or computer in sleep mode?
@@utube1810 when you hit power “off” the power button should stay illuminated. Eventually it will start flashing indicating it is in standby mode. If it beeps when you touch the button then it is working correctly. Have you gotten the WiFi app to work?

How is it holding up still?
Thank you it helps
I'm wondering how a cappucino with the frother would turn out! Any videos on that, or any comments? Thanks Scott!
Frother works fine. Makes nice cappuccino.
WiFi Works. Power button works as you described. Just will not power down.
I cannot get mine out of the airlocked issue when first turning it on even after following these instructions
Can’t turn off power without pulling plug. Am I missing something?
If your power button doesn’t work I’d take it back. It is super sensitive so a light touch should work.
