Scooby Doo underscore remakes (2002-03), HQ

- Here are some portions of the music score from "Scooby-Doo and the Legend of the Vampire" and "Scooby-Doo and the Monster of Mexico," presented in much better quality than the video I uploaded ten years ago! Since those two movies, made in 2002-03 by Warner Bros. Animation., were basically a homage to the old "Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?" episodes (complete with most of the original voice cast, classic character designs and animation), they also figured they should remix the original music (i.e. remaking it on synthesizers and stuff) to give it more of that "classic Scooby-Doo" look and feel. These tunes were arranged by Gigi Meroni and Rich Dickerson, two of Warner Bros. Animation's main composers of the time (whom also scored "What's New Scooby-Doo.") They may not be as good as the real thing, but I'm sure this would please some people. Some of this music also shows up in early episodes of "What's New Scooby-Doo" (which was unfortunately NOTHING like the original "Where Are You?" series.)

Happy 53rd anniversary to the Scooby-Doo franchise.
The title on the top looks like the title for the awkward show. “ be cool, scooby doo “
Maybe the color, but it's actually in the typeface used for Scooby-Doo merchandising from the early 80s until the late 90s. The actual "Be Cool, Scooby-Doo" title card has "Scooby-Doo" in the same font reminiscent of the original 1969-70 openings that's often used on Scooby-Doo material since the late 90s.)
@@ZakWolf True
@@ZakWolf ohh...i never knew that... must have been because i don't really pay attention to merchandise. especially since in my opnion sometimes, merchandise can get a bit excessive. especially with the merch about paw patrol... i think in the back of my mind..." doesn't this seem like too much merch?! "
@@tatiannaday4278 Tell that to the corporation running that franchise and they'll laugh you out of the building.
This is a nice soundtrack. Keep up the good work.
The Mystery Gang are still teenagers after 53 years! ZOINKS!!!.
What we really need is for someone to make some remixes of 'Cool Days' and 'Wild Walk' and of some of the unreleased underscore from SDWAY borrowed from 'The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn' and other HB shows.
Very nice job btw!
I actually watched Scooby-Doo and the Legend of the Vampire yesterday

The chase theme you’re probably looking for
I’m not subscribed and somehow found this through the outdated video. Crazy it was today of all days
Today's also the 25th anniversary of Disney's One Saturday Morning on ABC. And the 29th anniversary of "Animaniacs." One more year until it turns 30.
This is great! I love this high quality version and the crunchy old version. Different, but great vibes on both.
8:18 has always been my favorite.
We got 2 more years to go until the Franchise is 55 Years old
We sure do! And I sure hope Frank Welker lives to see the 55th anniversary of Scooby Doo in 2024!
@@nicholasmalone5943 So do I.
He is still one of my favorite Voice Actors.
This is amazing Ive really been loving scooby music recently. i wish i could find a full version of the black knight appears
I remember when I asked for a HQ version in the original upload, where, there it is!
It's so beautiful to hear Crystal clear versions of these remixed versions of classic Scooby-Doo cues
Especially cool days witch the oringal version of that cue hasn't been found yet witch hopefully it does because I love that cue and it's one of my favorites from the oringal series in terms of the underscore so here's hoping that it gets uncovered soon I'd love to hear a crystal clear version of it but at least for now this version herd in this video will do nicely also how where you able to make this sound so good ? If you could let me know on how you accomplished this I would very much greatly appreciate it
I ripped the DVD files as .MKVs, loaded them into Audacity and isolated the two channels of the 5.1 soundtrack the music comes out of.
@@ZakWolf well they sound absolutely beautiful and amazing to hear in such lovely sounding quality
The 5 .1 surround sound mixes done for these movies sound very good
@@ZakWolf if you don’t mind me asking, what program did you use to rip them?
@@TheHalloweenCollectorChannel, because I generally use Macintosh computers, I rip DVDs using MacX DVD Ripper Pro.
@@ZakWolf okay.
Very good job fellows throughout the 5th long felicitous family experience week of said surfside Summer June!! Bravissimo 999% yo.
Happy 53rd anniversary to the Scooby-Doo franchise.
Can you do a full movie video of the HD remastered version of Scooby-Doo Meets The Boo Brothers pretty please with Scooby Snax on top 💖💖👍❤️
They would be a lot better without all that silly record scratching noise they put in some of the cues.
Did you compose this yourself?
Nope; most of them I ripped off the DVD 5.1 soundtracks of "Scooby-Doo and the Legend of the Vampire," along with one from "Scooby-Doo and the Monster of Mexico". These were arranged by Gigi Meroni and Rich Dickerson, two of Warner Bros. Animation's main composers of the 2000s.
can we get a trap mix?
