I wouldn't be without one of these (a few is better) under my bench. I mainly use turret and progressive presses, but still these things are so handy for so many things. The classic loader is a fun tool as well, but the hand press is so therapeutic at times whether using it to deprime or prime cases...yes it does prime via the ram prime. It can be used to size a handful of test bullets, cases etc. It can also be used to completely load target/hunting grade ammunition from start to finish. Anyone and everyone interested in reloading for hunting or targets should have at least one of these fine tools IMO whether the old model in your video or the newer breech lock version.
I find my Hand Press useful for tuning for length on the range. (So rounds which are loaded long and you shorten to tighten groups)
A far better choice for a hand press is the Buchanan Precision Machine LNL Hand Press:

With this hand press one can change out dies quickly and use this portable press to reload start to finish with ease.
Some people don't have the space for a bench mounted press. This hand press works fine if you are low volume neck sizing and seating only. Takes very little space.
