The resistance between testleads is very high when using ANYTHING except a single test leads. If you use backprobe needle the resistance goes up. Using peak tech test leads with the banana ends in kombination to back probe needle or their P7010 then the ohm resistance goes sky high. Found out the more extentions you use the higher the ohm reading goes up. Compare to my first reliable 100 euro multimeter the readings stays like you dont have any test leads extention.
It's a good multimeter, but if you are working in a automotive shop which you will be likely using crocodile clamp or back probe needle etc. then you better get a cheap reliable multimeter and dont never ever use this product PeakTeck 3440 to do some resistance cheacking with any extention because it will lead you to a long goes chase
