I think people just forgot who device actually was. He at one point had the highest MVP count, has 4 major trophies, was nicknamed Mr consistent due to having 5 top 3 apperacnes in a row , and of course being part of the GREATEST csgo team in history. Looking at the live chat sometimes makes me sad that people really don't understand the caliber of player device actually is. Even now in multiple games he's HARD carrying astralis with 30 kills and this ain't no baitf hiding for 2 minute kind of kills. Like he's going in and trying to get entries so help his team. Astralis looks super good right now but they have to be consistent like the legend himself, Tom Cruise.
BlameF has actually had good entries and calls since becoming IGL and has been really consistent aswell, him and Device is a good duo to build around

All the newcomers to CS crying about how dev1ce is overrated, put some goddamn respect over the guy's name. Let's see how many years your favorite pro maintains his form as much as devve did. The guy is playing since the beginning and still outlasted and still outperforms most of the star players without falling off.
Device is just so well rounded. Great Awper, crisp aim as a rifler. He can play every role and be the best at it. Sometimes people forget who he is.

I really like Astralis keeping Buzz and picking up b0RUP. A lot of people were skeptical and calling it a bad move, they may be right but lets be honest: CSGO fans are contrarian and pessimistic about everything. I hope the boys can transition into the CS2 meta well because the synergy seems to be building within

Another incredible performance from borup. All eyes were on Staehr when they joined, but is Borup who is delivering some really solid performances so far.
Agreed. I think b0rup and staehr will have a lot of opportunities to play well under blameF's style of calling. I don't think I could say the same about glaive's calling. Maybe staehr could do well because I assume he would be getting all of the good spots on both CT and T side. b0rup would have probably had a hard time in glaive's system basically just being the "fill in the gaps" player.
You have to say that this was brilliant calling from blameF especially on Ancient

Dev1ce will forever be my goat multiple majors + multiple mvps. Put dev1ce on any team and he'll make the team competitive no org would pass on devve except maybe for vitality. Even i would pick devve over s1mple
S1mple already has proven history of making any team he's on (even without a solid core) actually competitive. Device without a solid core couldn't qualify for a major. Dude is still good but hasn't even been considered #1 or #2 since 2018

@@Rigoro-1device is your mister consistent. He will always do his job whenever wherever he is. He's not like super flashy but he will always get the job done on his side. With a strong core he could make the team the best, look at old astralis.

Headtr1ck’s been playing pretty well lately, but I imagine hampus and REZ probably wish to some extent they still had dev1ce on their team considering how well he’s playing even after a yearlong break. Honestly es3tag still got the short end of the stick in all of it because he never got to be comfortable in a single role.

I'm loving the addition of B0RUP and Staehr. They are looking pretty good atm.
Some elements I found in this new Astralis.
*Device is doing a lot of entries.
*Borup is lurking instead of baitf.
*buzz and steahr are there to take trades or get traded.
Brollan feels like the new karrigan rating wise. Hope he can recover from that slump.
brollan is a significantly better aimer than botigan. That said he's absolutely playing like a bot

I remember when NIP(device) destroyed Astralis, and now Astralis(device) destroyed NIP. Without excluding borup and staehr performances, devve is the huge difference. I hope headtrick took some notes of device supremacy.
