ok, I'm back, after trying this for 5 minutes i managed to hold my handstand for 10 sec! That's my record. I've been trying for 6 months now! Im subscribing, this guy knows shit!

How else do you expect to do a hand stand
Handstand balance is mostly done by your hand/shoulder/wrist/fingertip strentgh and thats what you should focus on. Lean on that wall and handstand till you die. Then you will be able to do freestanding. And then you work on your perfect form. Many people go freestanding while their wrists and fingertips are too weak for it. And then they quit it because they cant advance anymore. Remember to rest enough as a beginer or you will get injured

Holy Crap, @ 1:40 I paused the video went next to a wall to support my legs and then took them off and I was upright for 10 seconds, I've never done a handstand for more than 5 seconds prior to this :D. Thanks so much!

IT WORKS it actually works I can't believe it u might be able to hold it about 5seconds but if keep doing it, u will get the hang of it and u will be able to hold it EVEN LONGER

Hey, anyone who purchased bodyweight beast, do you think it is worth it? Have you actually noticed differences? I've been training with weights for around 3 years now but recently for the past month I switched it over to calisthenics and I could do things like a full leg raise, L sit, wall handstands, wall handstand push ups. But I need a challenge, would this take me to the next level and help me increase my core strength to do more advanced moves? Thanks to anyone who answers

+pigmie I actually do this without trying to. I have my hands symmetrical when I'm standing up and while I'm going down into my handstand, but for some reason whenever I put my hands on the floor my right hand goes way in front of my left hand. My gymnastics coach told me that if I don't fix it while I can, it can impact how I do the more advanced skills. I really need help to fix it quick because it's almost time for evaluation and I really wanna make it, but my crooked handstand is holding me back. Any tips on how I can fix this??

bro you told in which direction to push while doing that one hand up of the corner and other at down of the corner positions.but where to push while doing normal handstand like I can do handstand but want to increase the timing.

It's not just a matter of pushing your legs up, it's the position you also indicate how to place your hands on the floor for stability and position which are very important indications. excellent!!! thanks for your videos.
