Dravid never played a shot in anger, really miss those days of Sachin, Dravid, Sourav and VVS. India didn’t win many test matches during their peak but the joy of seeing their batsmanship was immense. Today India wins many test matches due to great bowling attack, but our batsman are not the same, they don’t excite you.

Though Rahul Dravid was known for a defensive play, he recorded one of the fastest fifty for India in ODIs off just 22 balls against New Zealand in TVS Cup 2003.
And he played many destructive 50s in IPL.

If u exclude that series, his avg in Aus falls to below 30 without a century... Infact he performed worse in India than away vs Australia in test cricket... I'm not bringing down Dravid's quality here but he's overrated as a test batsman while massively underrated as an ODI batsman especially in ICC ODI tournaments... Don't talk abt Kohli, he's not worthy to be compared with Dravid as a test batsman... I just replied to that guy who considers Dravid to be the best test batsman ever...
