Love hearing the deer at night stories by Johnny...I had a buck about a 3 year old walk 5 to 7 yards away from me 2 nights in a row at the bottom of my stand..I had just climbed down and was unhooking my bow...It was crazy he didn't even care and he walked right by me acting like I wasn't even there..
Congrats on the 100th fellas! Keep on keeping on! I look forward to this every week

I use to be one to try and never use a light walking in and out until until one night while using a light a deer let me walk right up to it. Since then I always use a light walking in and have walked up on a lot of deer and they don’t spook until you flick the light off. I feel when u walk in with a light they get blinded by it, don’t see your silhouette behind the light and their depth perception is thrown off and can’t tell if that light is 100 yards away or 10.
Had em do same without a light
As long as you are moving steady and not stopping and going the don't feel as threatened..
Should of called me to track your deer !!!
I live 2 minutes away!!
