    Hello sir. If this judgment hold good in SC and becomes a law of land then whether TDR GST applicability would also out of the preview of GST as it is also benefit out of land

    Respected Bimal Sir, Thanks for sharing, One question is in my mind, the SIDCL is collecting Transfer fees etc on these plots. Is GST leviable on these fees or not?

    Sir do you think these judgements hold no value.
    Gst council shamelessly reverse the judgements by changing law and that too retrospectively.
