In column 0.8 to 4 or 6 where lapping provided In beam 0.15 to 4 or 2.5 for ductile In slab 0.12 for HYSD 0.15 for Mild And there is no maximum limit for slab but code restricted maximum dia of bar based on thickness of slab which is [Thickness/8] In wall 0.25 to 4 or 6 as column And also we provide min steel 0.8 in walls where stresses increases 0.2fck. Note: These are the minimum and maximum limits as per code but you have to provide based on design calculations
You can give but that will become Mivan wall and it has to be designed by structural engineer only , Mivan wall design will come when there is restrictions in Architectural plan, Client demand or Lateral resistance against earthquake forces. This time load path of the structural wall will change and Beam sizes will become so much heavy
It will looks same but load transfer mechanism is different, Shear walls are designed for Lateral and Vertical loads, but mivan walls are designed for only lateral loads and these mivan walls rest on the heavy beams.
It's based on Centre of mass and Centre of Rigidity of the whole building, You have to check natural behaviour of the building using Eigen Vector or Ritz Vector.

It will looks same but load transfer mechanism is different, Shear walls are designed for Lateral and Vertical loads, but mivan walls are designed for only lateral loads and these mivan walls rest on the heavy beams.
