I just ordered the 3×8×10... 12.9 revo shaft....to join with my ob128 butt....gonna make a beautiful couple...gonna kick lots of ass...can't wait to see which shaft is better between the revo 12.9....and the ob fusion 1...12.8...either way...i have 2 great shafts now
Just got my 11.8 two weeks ago I have always played with wood, I broke and ran 9 racks with it. I love it!! Feel and feedback and transfer of energy to the balls make it effortless to move the rock. I put a kamui athlete soft tip on it and it's great combo. Thank you Predator
It’s crazy how many CF LD shafts have come out since Predator pioneered the first one play with the Cynergy and the Rogue, but I still have fondness of the Revo
I love you guys the revo is mind blowing on how it works for what it is just a pool cue but it playes like something out of this world the bk rush is just I cannot comprehend how it works so well I own a bk rush and a p3 revo limited edition and love it I am only national level from New Zealand but one day with enough practice and funds might make to usa thank you guys for makeing a cue thats works like magic thanks 😊 and God bless all of you guys 🙏👍🖐
So interesting. As a mechanical engineer with background in composites, this is so cool. Is there some explanation of the manufacture process of the shafts before it gets to you guys? How did you develop the correct fiber orientations?
I would like to ask, does the Revo shaft tip come all shaped and ready to play, or is there something else I would need to do to it? Thanks for your time.
@@sethh8892 decent, i certainly like the go customs style of butt and joint as it then comes as close to looking like a true carbon fibre one piece cue as opposed to the more traditional American pool style
As a lifelong CNC machinist that has worked with composites, hats off! So much energy n frustration must have gone into the design n development of these shafts, I'm sure very few people appreciate it. Know this: when I did my research into Carbon Fiber pool cues n found out about all the patents Predator has with the 314, REVO, etc I realized 😳 I wanted to purchase from the people that INVENTED the stuff...not copied it. My P3 Curly Maple Revo cue exceeds my expectations...well played Predator!
I'm a huge fan of the Revo shaft I have purchased numerous ones for all of my custom pool cues.. can you please tell me in the US when you will be able to purchase Revo shash with the white vault? .. keep up the great work predator..!!!!
Thank you for reaching out Steve! we currently only sell the white vault plate as a custom order. Let me know if you'd like more information on how to order one!
Hey, would Predator be looking at creating different joints or custom joints by customer? I have a Mezz ACE181 but I would love to have a Revo shaft on it (tried it via a friend) but none is compatible with my Wavy Joint, which is exclusive for Mezz.
I use my custom made David bowen chinese 8 ball cue for american and chinese pool with an 11.7mm tip predator what are the chances that you can make an 11.7mm tip revo shaft?
Is it possible if I want a 12,6 mm Revo shaft?? I've been play with 12,4mm revo shaft and its a wonderfull shaft... I wish that I can order custom 12,6mm revo with 3/11 joint pin for my custom cue...
That's a beautiful story. Too bad you can't help people within the pool community, especially Predator customers. All those hundreds of thousands of products and you can't help someone who really needs your help. I guess in the end you're just another company.
shaft is extremely stiff. the stock soft feels more like a medium. I see why they did it. A hard might be to pingy with this shaft. First impressions are its over spins the ball and you will need to shoot with a glove as the audible sound is unpleasant. I have to take 1/4 tip of english all shot compared to the 314 3.
Its good, i love it and i really want one, but c´mon you guys need to work harder cause its been a lon long time since the 12.4 are out stock! Whats going wrong?
Thank you for reaching out, we are very sorry we aren't able to get you a 12.4. The Revo is in such high demand and we only let the best quality Revo's be sold. I used to play in the early 90's and quit for 17 years. Been playing again serious for a couple of years. Switched to the Revo and there is a remarkable difference between carbon fiber and wood. Less effort for draw and follow plus no deflection. Better yet. You never EVER have to buy another cue!!! Thank you for your help for the billiard industry! Hit a gear and show no fear!!!!!! :) RGN
