Hey Cani,
Here is a little trick that you could use in the future.
I use this trick so much since its so overpowered.
If you look for regens or just generated players in general you should look for lwb and rwb. For some reason in this fifa they have like 20 defending and other way higher rated stats. So i sign them at like a 40 or even 35 rating and when i switch there position they grow up to a 70.
This creates great storylines and opurtunitys sinds you can litteraly choose every single position for them to play in since they will grow whatever you do.
It is also a great way to make lots off money out off nothing.
Just a great little tip, hope you enjoy it :)

I remember Jeong Sang Bin surprising you in the Asian sprint to glory so I tried training him from the first season using my whole budget. He has an overall stat of 98 now.

@@PmJesus you apply a development plan on him and you play him regularly so that he is a first team player. His potential will grow when the 4 green thumbs ups are shown in the squad hub. Make sure to re-negotiate a contract so that the green thumbs up stays there.

This is actually something I've requested in your FIFA 21 videos, now that you did this in FIFA 22 makes it cooler. I remember making a Career Mode last year with Cork City in the 4th tier of England and make it to Champions League semifinals at season 8.

Macclesfield town was by far my worst, so much dead wood at the club when I did it. Made it to top 6 in the prem before a new FIFA game came out

I love Irish league saves and frequently do them. My favorite one that I ever did was UCD a couple FIFA ago. It is a team of college students and I won it all in club football with them before making the jump to international football with Ireland and finished by winning the World Cup with Ireland. I loved that save so much. A man with 70 potential at striker ended up getting to 82 rated in that save and was incredible
As an Irish man I love playing with Longford and it was great to see this rebuild!

I stayed with an English Club . I’m actually currently rebuilding Barrow and they are currently in the Premiere League now. I actually have it on my channel too haha. I’m still figuring out the dynamic potentials and stuff though.

The growth on players through simulation is insane. You can play a whole season of CM and you can get an 18 year old striker 40 g/a and they will only go up by 3 but simulating, they’d go up 8.
Do you know how playing half of the games and simming the other half is affected by this?

The sprint to glory with the worst team that I did was with the Green rovers in fifa 21 it took 8 years for them to get to the champions league final. It was one of the most exciting rebuilds if done.
I’ve just started doing a Chelsea II rtg and created all u19 players and added them as free agents to the team and sold the original squad
I did a career mode with Kerala Blasters in the Spanish league. 1st season I just signed Indian players and South East Asian Players (I also signed players who could represent those countries e.g. Struijk and Luther Singh. 2nd season I signed Aus and NZ players and then finally 3rd season I signed anyone from Asia. Won the Champions League, was a class career mode, L.Singh became such a beast.

In several games were Longford Town in the world Soccer champs, it took me 10 seasons to appear in the champions league, a team that I created in the football chairman pro, I am in the 2096/97 season and I am in the Premier league and in FIFA 07 with the Estrela da Amadora a team of Portugal than actually are on the second division of Portugal
The goalkeeper that had 6 goalkeeping was probably better at a different position which is why his potential was so high
Longford is actually my first manager carreer mode this year
Idea for a video: rebuild or create ur own team and only use youth players and regens and make them the best team in europe

At the moment I am doing Swindon Town rebuild and I am at the star of championship league. I wanted bad the Spanish trio of Pedri, Pino (84)and Gavi(82) and play with a narrow formation with two up front. Pedri is 88 already at the age of 22! So yeah they are doing fine.

I'm just doing Bradford City randomly and managed to somehow win the FA cup & the league cup first season - but I got a 10 million takeover which got me Stergiou, Callum Doyle, Carvalho, Sesko & Biuk. And the legend that is Rushworth. So not that hard come to think of it
I did a career mode with port vale in fifa 20 and took them from league 2 to winning the quadruple in my sixth season with them, the quadruple was the prem, carabao cup, fa cup and the champs league and my cult heroes were Callum styles who currently plays for Barnsley, Marc guehi who I guess u should know where he plays, my goalkeeper from the youth academy and Rami Stenmark, the Regen of Zlatan Ibrahimovic so yh that's the worst team I've ever used in fifa and it was the longest and 3rd funnest Carter mode I've ever done.
Oh and yh I played on legendary with heavy sliders.
The worse was a club that I started from 0 in Serie B, it took me 3 seasons to get to serie A and I'm now top 6, 5 seasons in total
I really miss Eriksen in game, in every important game against them, he'd be subed-on, they get a fault for whatever, somewhat close and then he scores, only Inter Shot, one goal

@@PmJesus I'd recommend you to play your favourite players as much as you can and if they continue dropping potential maybe it's the results. Sometimes happens to me, that I'm un able to win a game in 3/4 matches, so I have to go to a fewer level so I don't ruin the team 😅p
My career mode is Tokushima Vortis. That is the worst team I ever managed because I retired King Kazu and that’s the only club he get at the beginning. On a side note I did sign his regent and made him into 87 rated player using dynamic potential.
I did a career mode with Waterford from Ireland in fifa 21, with only youth players. After a few seasons it was pretty easy and I had 96 and 97 rated players and won 3 UCLs in a row

A bit late, but i did a career mode in fifa 21 with Forest Green Rovers, from the english football league 2, got them all the way to champions league football, and won it, but then i left the city i lived in to school, so stopped there
I started with Stoke city the lowest until now in my case and I am in the ucl round of 16 now premier league 4 place finish last season as well

You should collab with Jarrad HD and do a collaborated create a club manager career where you take turns each season taking over the same team so season one youd start out, then jarrad would take over, then back and forth until you win the champions league title and whoever gets the team there plays the game.
