Just happened to me if you look back at the radio tower there is a super mutant with a rocket launcher.
It's like the butterfly effect or something, lol.
I was like wtf too. but then i went back and noticed starting at 0:26 if you pause and play till it blows up you see a missile hit it
of course, but why the missile is there in the first place!?
BUDA20 its a random encounter a super mutants fires the missile , and i believe if you went to where it exploded you can find enclave soldiers remains like body parts hard to find sometimes tho due to the terrain
