I am heartbroken. This is my sheriff's department. Three innocent deputies doing their job of traffic enforcement and a woman over compensating her vehicle because of a slow driver in front of her. Prayers and love to our fallen and injured deputies, families, PBSO and community.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
PASSING on the Right of another motor vehicle IS a violation in "most" states !!! The woman driver SHOULD be charged ...... Passing on the right side, failure to maintain control of your vehicle, and (IF appropriate), speeding ......
Driving to fast for conditions doesn't only relate to rain...texting or on phone even talking on phone thru the car info center is a distraction. People should drive & only drive. Doing anything else fills your head and reduces awareness. It's just the real truth about it.
Leave your motorcycle on when you have your blue lights going it’s sad to think a dead battery brought them to the side of the road and shame on this woman for driving the way she was
This happened around 10am. And yes this sheriff was on vacation. However, the fact that he wasn't on a plane headed back to Palm Beach at noon says alot. Then he said he will make it back this weekend.
Ya . Get home little ricky. Also I don't agree with that crap he said about law enforcement and the military being the ONLY occupation that you say bye to your family and don't know if that's the last time you will see them. There are plenty PLENTY of other jobs that are just as or more dangerous.
The front of that suv is destroyed, how fast was she going??? And if she was paying attention, she would have seen the car in front of her long before having to "compensate" to avoid that car.
My thoughts, prayers and condolences to the families and PBSO during these difficult times, tragic times. Until we meet again, watch over your families and we’ll take it from here.
One person can’t drive and now 2 deputies are dead and another is critically injured… horrible.
