My wife's Tigra after I thought these "cut outs" had solved the problem again filled with water. I then discovered the 2 drain pots in the boot were blocked. Water was entering the boot and running into behind the seats. Solved that one by pulling off the rubber tubes and connecting pieces. Cleaned them, fitted a funnel and poured water down tubes after blowing through them, Then ensured the drain pots were fully clear and since then, no problems. 2 of the elongated seals under the bottom of the car are permanently left out - as I once found this too full of water. Clean rear drains weekly now as well. How can Vauxhall make a car with so many drainage problems anyway; never mind selling them?
That sounds like it could be the problem I'm having. It seems like water is leaking in at the back and then running down to fill the passenger footwell. Did you get the problem solved eventually?
Great video clip. The Tiger leaks water in two places. The first is described in this video and the second place is around the servo in the engine compartment, and it is shown on youtube.
I don't know if thid helps you now, but i have done the same to mine tigra and it have solved this problem for me. I also have a cover for the car that i can use in heavy rain and in winter, because i want to be sure it's dry. It's a amasing and good looking car not perfect tho 😅 Leaks can also be found from the pedals on some Tigras. There is a video on youtube showing how to fix that.
@@frenchenstein i found out where the problems where : 1st leak is from speakers (installed new ones with silicone) , 2nd leak is from the bottom door seal (bought universal one and made it fit) . Hope this will help you and the others :)

Water leaks from the speaker, remove door card, remove speaker and apply sealer around speaker edge and that should sort it.
Great video clip.

Great video thanks, worked perfectly for me.
Like the Corsa they leak from above the pedals and from around the fuse-box base on the left side.
Your a genuis! Thank you
Did this method work? I have the same problem.
Worked for me with other measures like the bulk head
💖
Did this work? as i have very wet footwells and have sucked over a litre of water out. The water is collecting in the seal like the video.

How do I replace oil for convdrtion mechanism
Does this increase the wind noise a lot when driving ?
Did not notice any more sound in the car👍🏽
@Frenchenstein555 did this fixed your problem ???
It leaked in other places. To be perfectly honest it seemed to leak everywhere. My little cutting truck did help a decent amount.
Many thanks.
