29:48 i had no idea about the significance of the Amidah.
i've only been able to find the strength to pray Shemoneh Esrei once a day. i pray Hashem help me and strengthen me to pray this beautiful prayer three times and increase my strength to be in prayer in hitbodeduyot in the fields, on the road, when i sit in my house and when i walk by the way, when i lay down and when i rise up in my refuge. Blessed be Hashem Qadosh Baruk Hu.
    Shalom

@@TorahForWomen , yes especially now, being able to look back on where we all were not so long ago. And you're right, things will never be the same. i will use this time to make a full repentance of my past. Todah rabbah Rebbetzin.
Baruch Hashem. i will apply myself to learn more about Mar son of Ravina. Shalom

How do you do the proper tishuvah?

That is a very loaded question that is not answerable on one foot in a comment section on youtube. But if you search for the lectures that begin with the following titles, it will help you get an idea: Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kipur, Aseret Yemei Teshuvah.

Thank you. Would it be easier if I send you an email. I know I have sinned in the lol past but I don’t think that fasting on Yom Kipper is enough. I have in the past done some bad things that I feel that I need to do more for HaShem to forgive me. I agree with you and other Rabbis that Moshiac is very near. I very badly want to be one of those that will be able to see the moschiac and the world to come. I want that very much with all of my heart and soul
