First of all get a taste of Hotel Industry in India at least for a year and then if you feel good and confident then travel abroad because this is a proper skill-based job which you can either get from the institute or working directly for the Hotel but if you work in India without a Hotel degree then you will be aware of limited things in a hotel and your skills would also be limited. First decide, which department you wanna join and then look for opening but make sure you work in a 5 star or 4 star property at least to learn something otherwise you would waste your time in a property like Oyo or cheap hotels where only service is needed which anyone can do. 5 star is about service with 5-star quality standards and that you can only learn in 5-star hotels or institutes and it's a very laborious job so if you feel good in Hotel industry then go abroad but without knowing anything don't go abroad.
Mr manager why don't you ask the waiters to wear white gloves so people don't feel like their utensils are touched with bare hands for hygienic reasons and place the spoons in a lower drawer so that poor kid can be quicker in picking out the spoons and knives
I m not here to justify any mistake but He is laying covers in a very wrong way ... holding glass from the top holding plates with thumb and putting cutlery by holding from top.... But it's ok you are a beginner .... All the best... You can do good....
