"El Gringo" was a fun, enthusiastic film. It did need more fistfights but the gunfights were decent and didn't get too excessive with the CGI blood. However, there should never have been a debate over picking up that AK.
I always wonder yhe same thing in firdtbperspn shooter games I pick up fire arms but movie cast characters dont.

Was surprised when I came across this film, as hadn’t really heard about it. A true gem in the catalogue, and would highly recommend to any Adkins fans out there. Mixture of martial arts and gun works just shows how a role in the next instalment of John Wick is needed, Keanu Reeves vs Scott Adkins would be insane!!!

Underrated little movie...but this is definitely the highlight of this movie...you can definitely see Florentines "touch" hehe. Also, "dream/flachback" sequence is really cool ,buts its a shame that is was edited in such a choppy way...

I remember when this came out, the blood squibs and crisp choreography made for such a nice break from all the CGI blood and shaky cam at the time. The same is still true for action films now unfortunately.

Probably not a big enough name, but Scott is a Brit and certainly would make a great James Bond. Easily handle all the action scenes as good Daniel Craig. Henry Cavill is reportedly the lead candidate now for James Bond. But Scott could definitely do the job for sure.
