Madam I made this nariyal ki puri in taste it was very good but the outer cover after frying became very chewy not khasta and while frying too many big bubbles came on it I fried on medium heat so tell me where i went wrong the outer cover was very thin also plz, reply shortly I will try this methi laddo also do reply
May be your All purpose flour/Maida may be new and Egg should be small size, maybe it may big one. You must knead Atta to very Soft dough. Outer covering becomes chewy if any one step gets neglected. In my video i have shown how soft and khasta becomes Covering.

If you don't use egg there will be elastic effect. Rubber jaisa feel hota hai. Use of Egg will give you soft outer covering. It's totally optional.
