Home school is great for socialization as well they have homeschool groups. Also in school you get to be around a lot of people however you rarely get to be with your friends.

I believe that we, as women, sometimes like making unilateral decisions about children because we spend more time with them. That is great, makes sense but there is a danger in always acting like you are a single parent. Sometimes the father has a good point and it is worth listening to, you are not the only parent. Your decisions might be out of love but could hurt your children in the future, let someone else give you a different perspective.

I’m not saying that’s right for everyone but in our case, both of our opinions were valid and I see many mothers taking the lead in these decisions and giving their partners/fathers the same respect and input. I think the big decisions need to be made by both parents, even if one parent is making the smaller day to day ones.

Yes they are absolutely darling, but, as an educator myself, I think their precociousness will hinder them a bit socially. They are used to the bubble of everyone being delighted by them that she is providing and are being denied practice on how to operate in the world. All children need the experience of navigating others and all the social situations that are foundational in lower school. It's not just about academics. And all children love a certain teacher etc. but it's good for them to learn to transition to new ones and do new things and be challenged in many ways. They need to learn how to be uncomfortable and likable in a peer group. That is how they grow. If she waits to get them into a school environment until they are older, it will be a disaster and so, so much harder for them. In my many years of experience parents who choose this option are over protecting because they sense fragility in the children and want to protect them from having to handle being hurt or stand up for themselves in.a healthy way. Dorit is still dealing with her PTSD and it helps her be calmer to have her babies in a safe place. One of the hardest things we do as parents is let them out into the world. She must overcome and do this for the sake of her children. This is how children learn confidence, not by staying in a basement with a teacher they like. I hope she is able to overcome her fears and in this instance PK is right.
Denise was unsettled at the THC dinner, but Erika is ice skating in the after show. Teddy Mellencamp is not a reliable accountant or narrator. Erika did more than the other women. She did not just talk about threesomes. Unlike Garcelle, Erika claimed that the kids had more than likely engaged in more scandalous sexual behavior than threesomes. This woman, Erika, never takes responsibility for anything that she does unless you roll back the tape and ask her a legalistically worded question about what is viewable on the recording. Even then she might just deflect.
Sutton clearly has a lot of personal issues. I think she makes unsubstantiated accusations against others to deflect from her own shortcomings. Sutton's behavior at the Magic Mike show was unconventional as was her reaction in her house speaking with Kyle. I never would have thought it before, but after that last dinner, I now realize Denise has a problem, either with alcohol, or something. To make light of her actions because of her fame is harmful to her.
In the beginning Denise said she was nervous and didn't want to go in. Also she has a low tolerance for certain foods she consume (she eat very bland food (no garlic, onion ect.) So thats just the way weed affects her.. my experience with weed was horrible, everybody's different

In my many years of experience parents who choose this option are over protecting because they sense fragility in the children and want to protect them from having to handle being hurt or stand up for themselves in.a healthy way. Dorit is still dealing with her PTSD and it helps her be calmer to have her babies in a safe place. One of the hardest things we do as parents is let them out into the world. She must overcome and do this for the sake of her children. This is how children learn confidence, not by staying in a basement with a teacher they like. I hope she is able to overcome her fears and in this instance PK is right.

Erika did more than the other women. She did not just talk about threesomes. Unlike Garcelle, Erika claimed that the kids had more than likely engaged in more scandalous sexual behavior than threesomes. This woman, Erika, never takes responsibility for anything that she does unless you roll back the tape and ask her a legalistically worded question about what is viewable on the recording. Even then she might just deflect.

Sutton clearly has a lot of personal issues. I think she makes unsubstantiated accusations against others to deflect from her own shortcomings. Sutton's behavior at the Magic Mike show was unconventional as was her reaction in her house speaking with Kyle. There are no angels in this group but Sutton is the only one who has had issues with everyone. That says a lot there.

Sutton often brings issues others are having back to herself. She must think talking about her own experience is a form of support. It can be but if the issue is fresh the person confiding in you just needs a shoulder not a comparison to your experience.
