    The lady in the video says to add both the juice and the zest from 3 lemons. She is totally wrong-add only the zest as is says on the" bbc food" website for the same author recipe.

      Baking powder. She doesnt mention it in the video, but its in the recipe.

    The method it ok put Recipe wrong
    Oven at 180 c for 25 mins turn them around and cook for a further 20 min at 160 c with the vent closed
