- Barack Obama and wife Michelle did not hold back during their speeches at the Democratic National Convention. The former President took a swipe at Trump’s “weird obsession with crowd sizes” while making a hand gesture that had the crowds laughing and cheering. During her speech, Michelle said the job Trump is seeking might just be a “Black job,” referencing a term the 45th President used during a debate against President Joe Biden in June.

When Trump got slammed for "black jobs" last time, he was speaking at the National Association of Black Journalists. They were asking specifically about what he did for the black community. Then the news takes a clip of that saying it's "racist". Also black jobs, Latino jobs, men's jobs etc are listed by category on the jobs report that comes out- by the federal government

Granted the US has had its problems, we had slavery (which was abolished by Saudi Arabia finally in 1962 [ours was abolished in the 1850s]) we had racism (but countries like the Koreas are more racist than us [and we had laws in place now against certain racism]) and we’ve had some economic fails (aka 1929) (America is still advertised to more than any other country [you advertise to those with money.]) The thing you forget is that America is free. We allow people to do things that bring about life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Unlike other countries that have taken away those things (Nazi Germany, Communist China, Russia, etc.)

For one, former President Trump has been the main culprit of throwing out these vitriolic insults. Do you not understand we are in a time of war? Not the United States but protecting others just comes with the territory of being one of the most developed countries, and we can blame the president all we want, but that doesn't change that. Plus, did you know Trump had one of the biggest deficits in recent years? He also cut taxes for the rich, the Job and Tax Cut Act I believe, so he's fucking us working class folk.

Life is difficult and everyone has their own challenges which vary from person to person. Not everyone can achieve what you have. Maybe it's harder, maybe it's easier and maybe some people just get lucky or have connections.

The president’s policy’s rarely play a part in economics. Besides, you usually, only feel the pressures of said policy’s after their term. So what you felt in the trump era was Obama policy’s and what you felt in Biden era is trumps policy. Also gotta keep account of all the money printed during stimulus season, and the slowdown of production due to Covid. Thus, What we feel now is the inflation due to those issues. Just something to keep in mind. Plus companies haven’t been keeping with the pace of inflation since the 90’s, and it’s only gotten worse since Covid. There’s a reason companies have reported the largest profits in history and it’s due to the stagnation of wages. Just Look at the current state case with Boeing.
