Chelsea Women's manager Emma Hayes says she is concerned about player welfare after losing forward Pernille Harder after she was injured with Denmark whilst on international duty.

Fifa and uefa have to get together and reduce the workload on players. It has to be too much. I notice more injuries and dip in form are affecting known players in the women's game this year. Something needs to be done...
