Now that is out of the way, yay, I did another Autechre album as abstract visuals. Had a lot of fun, first cutting the songs into audio stems with Stemroller, using those to make visual stems in kdenlive, then dropping those results into DaVinci Resolve (18.6.6) to futz with. Not gonna lie, this is not my favorite Autechre album...but I had my fun with every track and I'm very happy with the journey I crafted, so maybe you will be too.
I've never liked Untilted all that much either, but I'm excited to get to it soon. Beyond that, I've enjoyed them from at least the 11th listen of each, save PLUS-- but never mind all of that, just saying I'm almost through the rough patch now, personally...and I feel I got to grow for it, thank you, Autechre. You boys rock. I hope you've enjoyed some of these at least. All about respect and love. And expression. I intend these help some more people get into the harder stuff in the catalog, I really do.

Not-So-Fun Fact: Back when this came out, I was heavily distracted by a major health crisis and though I picked it up, as I always do any Autechre, I never really got into it. In other words, I got to experience all of these properly for the first time as I animated them-- so I can relate. :) Happy you enjoy the efforts and appreciate the positive reinforcement you keep giving. Cheers. More to come in August. (Also, this actually had 7 versions I made and then combined to get what you see, as I couldn't decide which I liked best. Heh. Worth it.)
