Ya'll are so inspiring to me. I love the peacefulness you bring ,and the respectfullness you have. Love it wen you all are outdoors, or in the kitchen, or thrifting. So love the Bible devotions. Sometimes i get down, and think i must be no good, and God certainly must not hear me or love me. But ya'll encourage me. So thankful for ya'll.
Absolutely outstanding channel you both are absolutely wonderful folks the respectfulness and southern hospitality and decency is amazing I enjoy both yours and your mom’s channel absolutely wonderful I’d prefer to hear more music videos of you two and more about the rock stuff and the views of that area thanks for giving us such a wonderful peaceful channel to watch your parents raised both of you top notch and it shows outstanding thanks again
You may already know this . . . When you use a green onion, leave 1/4 to 1/2 inch of white on the root and replant it. It will regrow so that you can harvest another green onion. My daughter keeps a small planter just for this located near her back door so that it is convenient to plant them. You need to replant them as soon as possible to get good results. Best of luck with your garden. God bless.
I love bunching onions. May I share a trick on how to put them and all other tiny lettuce seeds and such, out? Take a bowl and fill it with potting soil or a dirt of some kind. Pour the seeds into the bowl with the dirt and mix them together real good. Then just take and broadcast handfuls of the mixture evenly over the area your planting. The size of the bowl and amount of dirt depends on how many seed your planting. You can mix a little DE in the dirt to lighten it up so you can tell where you’ve sewn seed already and where you haven’t. That’s how you can plant a large area of lettuce or whatever in a short amount of time. No, you don’t get pretty strait rows but you will get a pretty even planting doing this. There now, maybe I learned you something that’ll serve you the rest of your planting days! Lol. Have a God blessed God bathed season. 💋✝️🕊
It is looking great all those raised beds are looking great. Love it see you got to put them out first to see where you want them. God bless take care.
It's looking really great! That horse shoe was a cool find! Thank you for the update, it is fun and inspiring to see it coming along! God bless you both 🙏
Great video, love watching you and Austin enjoying your gardening!! You both work so well together, reminds me of Matt and Tipper!! We love watching all the family!!
Well done Corie and Austin. Can you do a short video sometime about how you keep the deer and other animals away from your beds? That would be much appreciated. Thank you, God bless. Hugs.
So excited for you!! Looking forward to watching it all grow. The square plant box will look nice there. Y’all make a good team together. Wishing you many blessings from your garden . For your mom n dads garden too. 🌷💐🧅🧄🥬🥒🍅
things are looking promising for a bountiful harvest of beauty (floral) and for good eats (veggies) - may the Lord bless all the hard work you two are doing in this adventure of gardening.
💪💪💪💪 Way to go! Such soul-satisfying work, making a garden. That compost looks gorgeous, and you'll be reaping the bountiful fruits of your labor before you know it. Thank you for sharing. Peace be with you. 💚
Everything is going to grow great for you two. Glad you put out the raised beds. Both of you work just as hard as the other. Can't wait for everything to start growing! Thanks for sharing!
You can grow your cucumbers up too so they don't take up much room. We always make a circle out of old fence wire, not chicken wire, and train the cucumbers up them. Wire needs to be big enough to stick your hand through to be able to train and gather the cukes. It works really good and you don't have to bend over to gather them. You have to stake them down good or they will blow over. You can order some of the bigger cages from Amazon but we just used old fence wire we had from when we tore down a fence. Tomato cages won't be big enough. Good luck with your garden.
This was an exciting day for you & Austin. Planting seeds is so much fun & rewarding. I love waiting & watching for their little sprouts to break through the soil.
I really enjoyed this video! I can’t wait to see everything come up and fill in and produce. “A seeds sole purpose is to grow!” You should put that on a celebrating appalachia or blind pig and the acorn Tshirt! Id buy one!
You are such an inspiration to new homemakers and gardeners. I was always afraid to try something for fear of failure. (And of somebody telling me, “well that was stupid”) What I didn’t know was you have to make mistakes to learn and if it doesn’t work out like you said, it’s no big deal. Bless you and your husband in you journey together.
Corie; I think your garden will grow allright because i can feel that you have a Green Thumb snd The Lord and Mother Nature are always watching over you and will bless you with a bountiful full gsrden and growing season 😊
Here's to good growing 👍. We planted flowers this week and got a little tomato 🍅 plant, it's always a challenge keeping the horn worms off our tomato plants. 😊
Your raised beds are really coming along good y’all. I hope everything y’all planted comes up and grows good for y’all. Have a wonderful week. Hugs from the southeast coast of Florida 😎🦩🌞🦩😎
This was awesome! Best wishes for much success with your garden! I pray you have a bountiful harvest! I love hearing the sounds of nature . The birds singing and the red shouldered hawk . Y'all must have alot of red shouldered hawks too. There are alot of red shouldered hawks around my place ...thanks y'all...God bless...🙏❤️
Looking good kiddo!! I just love Austin's dry sense of humor! He gets you everytime with it! lol "butthead" I had to laugh cuz Bill told me butthead means sweetheart---hahahha I keep on letting him think that! Have a great week you two!
I like your strawberry pot! Ive never seen one like that. I’m going to try strawberries in a pot this year. We live in a townhome that doesn’t have much garden space. I saw a tip about running a piece of PVC pipe with holes drilled in it down the middle of the pot for watering.
In that big square planter I would have left those leaves and maybe even rake up some more to add natural nutrients, then add the compost soil and topsoil top dressing! It’s just returning nutrients the way nature does it.
I wish I had some raised beds... My knees are not what they used to be... Lol. It looks like you both did an awesome job👍🏻😊Can't wait to see what you choose to fill them with
In your anniversary video you mentioned Olive's shedding. She looks like she might be a pit bull x boarder collie? I only ask to determine if she has a double or single coat. If she has a single coat a rubber Kong brush is excellent to de-shed and if she has a double coat both a Kong brush and a Oster type undercoat rake are super helpful.
I just saw the video that said she's a pitty x staffy which means she has a single coat. I would highly recommend the Kong brush (or similar rubber brush) to reduce the shedding. Also adding fish/salmon oil to her food can help reduce shedding.
Thanks for taking us along with you in this awesome garden adventure! I look forward to each and every update! I’m really looking forward to harvesting time, and I hope to see some fresh from the garden recipes!
I love seeing all you and Austin are doing in your yard! Can’t wait to see how everything progresses as the summer growing season comes along. It is all looking wonderful! Happy Gardening!
Enjoyed the video guys. Y’all got it going on. Looks great. Praying y’all have a bountiful harvest. Thanks for the shoutout and for displaying our shirt. God bless y’all. 😇🙏🏻
