I'm gonna spill more secrets as an ex student : Worst management Worst professors ever with no experience nor knowledge. Too many inside scams. Worst washrooms . 90% locked when the college timings are literally like 9am to 5pm. Some professors will target the weak and innocent students. Need 75% attendance in every subject,. If you can't ,you get debarred and have to repeat the whole year even when they already charge the next semester fees from you plus readmission fees. Cockroach found in cafeteria food. Stealing and thefts inside college. Also I had animation and we had 12 unnecessary subjects every semester. Timings for some courses are very bad. Very very few holidays( you'll hardly get holidays) We had 72 to 75 students in class and seats were only 66 . Some had to sit on windows and floor. ( can't ensure about other course , faced this in animation and fine arts) No early information before exams Inform everything last minute. Will constantly harass you for documents. When any Amity event takes place they'll charge lot of money from students which was almost like every one or two weeks. Forcing the CRs to collect money from students for some events that the students won't even get to attend. Bad environment like use of d**gs and all.
Brother I would suggest you visit university once coz this is not a very popular course..go in the morning at 10 try meeting students and facilities you would get a better idea
I’m a bfa student from amity, the course is well structured with newest syllabus. Bfa here is actually divided into four specific domains viz, Painting, Applied Arts, Animation, Visual Communication. In the foundation year they’ll teach you from the very basics such as perspective, painting, observational drawing, theory subjectstoo such as art history and aesthetics, then in the next years the subjects will tone down to the main subjects related to your specific field. I’m from applied arts, and in that they basically teach you about different software’s, advertising design such as magazines billboards, even there’s a whole subject based on packaging too… just the thing is that as much as the teachers give you the freedom to create something unique with your creativity, there will be frequent redo’s to perfect your work but that too with in small deadline time frame.. don’t really rely on college for the placement tho, but try to gel up with the faculties and seniors as much as you can to get the best insights. Overall, apart from the strict attendance system and deadlines and workload, it’s a good one for bfa. Hope this helps. :)

Depends if you are a day scholar or a hostel student if you are in hostel u need permission but if you are day scholar you can leave campus when everyone you want

There is medical room in campus with doctors always sitting in campus from 9 am to 9Pm and 2 ambulance available always in case of emergency
