i have a 2 billion dps Selena build that I was using Ice beam for and extra 1500 FE. I really would love to transition over to this build. Any suggestions on a good way to start it out around level 90 and 1500 FE? I could then I guess slowly progress into time mark 8. My selena is doing 8.1 easily enough and only had to invest about 800 FE into her so far but this build seem so much more fun. I realize its min/maxed but Is it possible to take this from 7.2 and push into endgame like you have with the build? Any tips would be greatly appreciated, Thanks, and great video btw. @@Lancer78x this build requires an activation medium that costs a few thousand FE to feel decent, I wouldn't try to start it without a enough saved up for that

@@Kelsera fyi, i tested it and if you get the helm that is not corroded you can just use max spell burst 1 on slate and it will trigger each time you get 1 charge, so it activated around 5 times per second....

Honestly I probably wouldn't try to replicate this, some of the items like a 0.2s rhythm medium cost like 4k now. But if you want to play carino I think there are some wilt stacking builds that would be cheaper. I've seen people start him on blazing bullet or ice shot
How does this build compare to Palsteron's version? Does him utilizing the spell burst helm/medium give more damage because of the spell burst helm, or is the rhythm route more powerful?
Essentially the tradeoff in damage is that the spell burst version has 3-4x faster cast speed, but loses in some other areas, which are: -lose slate slots that could be scaling damage in other ways, like spell levels etc -lose damage lines where you're getting movement speed instead, like in hero memories and boots -the wand "additional spell damage, -additional cast speed" line doesn't have no downside anymore since you need cast speed -helm is mandatory, so you lose a slot for res and have to sacrifice elsewhere, probably on boots with movespeed though that means you lose the 50% additonal from our current boots -have to sacrifice an empower skill slot for path of flames if you want to keep your blink the spell burst version has a higher top end, but its also more expensive. Getting the movement speed -> cast speed slates with other good lines are thousands of FE each, and it needs a 3k fe corroded helm and stuff. Hero memories with movement speed base affix and fixed affix are also 2k+. but it will feel better and map faster because your dashes will have no cooldown always

Jump support gives +4 jumps at level 31, which is achievable with warlock tree, boots, all skill level slates, and a level 21 jump 2. you always want multiples of 2 jumps total or else your last jump will be towards the ground. You get 1 from ice lance, 3-4 from jump support depending on level, 1-2 on hero trait depending on level, and extras from candles or slates 3. the build does not scale with cast speed at all, so dont take any of it anywhere. Theres also a wand ultimate suffix that is 69% additional spell damage and -15% additional cast speed which is extremely good on the build, since it has no downside. 4. dont worry about getting the gloves especially early, they arent worth the 1500+FE and rare gloves are similar power unless the gloves are corroded 5. probably best to use the howling wind amulet early with proj speed scaling until you get the israfels chest, then you can drop it when you need more int for a rare amulet or a truth amulet. but keep the howling wind to swap on for executes on hard bosses 6. even without howling wind, proj speed feels very good for the build since it means your projectiles go through all their jumps faster and get their damage out earlier, so its good for burst damage. It also means your projectiles reach their target faster when mapping, so you can blink around faster from the arcanist freeze when they hit targets 7. remember to always be spamming blink even for single target since that's what lets you reload

It won't feel great without a 0.3-0.2s activation medium since you'll still have to self cast, but if you're okay with casting yourself it should be fine to start Also, before you have a lot of jumps in the build, youll want to use the other lv 60 hero trait so the projectiles still spread out. You can use the other one for bosses for more dps

probably 5-7k fe, but the rhythm medium has increased a lot and i got lucky on the weps so probably 10k

@@Lancer78x I think you need +2 max spell burst since the helmet charges 2 at a time, but yeah it should work

yeah and you can also use instruction with crit instruction gen on ice bond, or track if its cheaper for mediums. just getting low cd on it is big
