Their pastoral vestments are beautiful. Anglicanism can actually survive and thrive without Canterbury. There are more confessing Anglican Christians in Nigeria and Kenya alone than in the entire UK. Anglicanism is also very strong in Ghana, RSA and here in the West Indies💯
Very nice procession. I love the pomp and pageantry of the Anglican church even though I'm Baptist
It is not "pomp and pageantry" but sacramental worship. Each gesture is a symbol of spiritual truth. The procession itself is a symbol of the entire Christian walk (pilgrimage).
Lovely
It was so long
There appear to be two parish clerks in powdered wigs and gowns on the right of the altar - something not seen in an English parish church since the 1830s!
In the altar? I think not in the altar. They should be the chancellors of the Diocese.
Certainly, a lot of worshippers.
What hymn tune is it?
Organist what are you playing.
Who are these people wearing graduation white caps?
Choristers
Nice.... But why they wearing graduation caps?
@@kenaybleble389 it is common in African and Caribbean Anglican churches to see female choir members wearing caps like this
It is the mitre part of the vestment of the clergy, worn by females, mitres are worn by senior clergy too like bishops, dfferent colors and shapes.
Terrible sound
A very confused Organist
Lovely
