I feel like this would be a great au if Chuuya was actually Kokichi before joining the sheep, so this would be his past, not his future, and it was like a simulation he underwent while being an experiment, and as such, forgot it in the future. That way, abilities wouldn't actually be a thing in the simulation, but their talents would exist as countermeasure so Chuuya's unconscious mind wouldn't be suspicious about the lack of ability, and he wouldn't be overpowered with his ability. And his 'death' would be the end of the experiment.
But nobody seems to understand that Kokichi is 17 not 14. Other than the height they share close to no similarities, Chuuya is more direct and wouldn’t care about lying. He’s just not the type for deception.

Chuuya doesn’t really see himself as inferior to those measures but with him being trapped on a luxury island I’m *definitely* sure he’ll go insane. Idk why Chuuya has to be a Danganronpa character, Dazai would seem better suited. Also, Nagito and Kokichi are 17 so Dazai would’ve still been in the Mafia, conveniently enough.
