Hello and namaste everyone. Today’s videos is all about my all time favourite easy dinner idea, ALU-THUKPA. There are various ways of making thukpa and this is my one or another way of cooking the dish.
Being abroad, thukpa always brings back my sweet childhood memories with families and friends. Thukpa was our daily staple breakfast back in those days. Making thukpa at home can be way more healthier and tasty too.
