Sorry, no, she's just weird. Never caught on in the U.S. either.
Gumball LastRally hahaha, no need to apologize, different perspectives for the same situation, that's what life is about
Gumball LastRally Artists often come across weird to regular people. The artistic mind can be quite abstract, which is why people much rather have entertainers than artists. I think what you're doing is insulting to your own intelligence, next time you come across an artist, try to explore the work and the ideas behind it instead of labelling things with reductive adjectives, I think you'll find that a very enriching experience. :) or if you don't want to, simply move on and find something you do like face-value. Art is for everyone but not everyone is for art.
As many interviews as she's given (and been asked the same questions), she never comes off as bored or impatient. She always makes things seem new, interesting, original. I could listen to her go on forever!
Well that accent came out of no where. 15 years ago she was speaking like a Brit.
MickyAvStickyHands It came out of nowhere... in 15 years?
She lives many places around the world. UK, Iceland, NYC. Her accent changes many times
MickyAvStickyHands Probably because she lived in London for a long while early on in her career. She's been in Iceland for a long time now, and her accent is back.
Yeah, like Madonna.... what a hack!
I thought that too! I've just listened to a couple of interviews from 96.
I think it's interesting that she doesn't roll her "r" when she says "Human Behaviour".
OMG. I love her work.
Have you watched Dancer in the Dark? It is a masterpiece because of her …
Wow, what an imagination. I am not a fan of her music however I really do appreciate that she has been able to successfully do her own thing for so long.
it's nearly 25 years i've been crushing Bjork. lame. Still think she's gorgeous though.
Lol yes. I'm gay but Bjork is the gal who could make a man out of me!
Bjork 6 super super speciale!!! 1A davvero!!! Grazie Bjork Grazie!!!❤️❤️❤️🔥✌️🌏✊🇨🇭!!!
A great and very unique artist of the past century. She will be remembered i'm sure. Loved to hear her music back then and still do to this very day.
Just love this amazing woman 💖💖
bjork's music makes me look at everything definitely
I love Björk so much she is my inspiration to do sing and make music and I've been listening to her since I was 15 in my freshman year of High School. Now I'm 16 and I want to make music just like her
Yung Kek okay I will cause you told me to do it
Yung Kek 👌🏻
she would tell you make music like you...not her...always be you!! You will enjoy it more and it has to be genuine for othrs to rely appreciate it
I always said in the 90's "Bjork is cool!!!" and never saw a video until 20 years ago I saw her in a Prism. She's phenomenal.
She's amazing because she has the will to do as she in visions. 👍😜
My favorite artist... Bjork is a brilliant genius that can't be duplicated by any other human being
Love her accent
She is so adorable. My muse in everything. Somebody we needed then, now, and forever.
Damn who wouldn't sing living in a beautiful land like that
She is the greatest human being to ever live and I love her so much and she is
My
Favorite person ever and I lover her and I lover her so much
Her name should be a synonym for the word unique. Some artists try to be different but she just is different.
She is such an underrated artist and a pioneer. So many have attempted to mimic her style but none have come close.
she's quite endearing ,very impressive.
I think she has a great clarity about her artistic vision, and she has pursued it for its own sake. Nobody chasing after material success would have made so few compromises.
She is too talented for the average listener.
Bjork is a national treasure , not only for her stunning musical skills but as beautiful example of what a loving brilliant expression of what all humans can be .
She is like a beautiful alien. And the way she rolls her r's is like a cat purring 💙
I've just saw an interview of her when she was much younger and her English accent has changed very much, but not for the better. I think she's a weirder accent than before.
+conatcha She seems like faking an accent!
+Svetlana Koltovskaia yes she does
Having lived on several different continents, it is common to develop a very unique "accent". This is what Bjork has. Nothing fake about it.
+Jen Rosario come on I lived in Indonesia Spain France n Germany in my life I speak the same like when i was 10. que nooo q no Tia :) puedes cambiar tu manera de hablar pero el acento.. No, ella igual Paulina Rubio. Faking accent.
+Goge Ngarissan that's you and your case. Everyone is different. I have a friend who moved from Puerto Rico to Philadelphia and his accent has already changed in just four years, nothing fake there. Any lingual/language expert can tell you this is common. So you can keep your opinion, but know that it is not fact. ;)
First time listening to her talking :3, her voice is so cute, especially when she pronounced 'r'
Jeg elsker deg
Å få blod på tannen
du er en artist
Jeg har alltid vært en fan
The first night I spent with a very important person in my life, Bjork was the catalyst. She is the very essence of creativity unbounded.
I love this woman. She is one of my heroes. ❤️
Mine too! I love how fearlessly creative and original she is.
OMG! Her speaking voice doesn't get old, I wonder how her singing voice still sounds😍
For some reason I thought Björk was a new artist. Found her a few years ago, googled her and all I saw were images of her when she was younger.
Took me actually googling albums/dates to realize "WHAT THE FUCK 80'S?"
Odd having a crush on a 50 year old.
When I was young I love watching MTV and I was obsess with Bjork..
Björk the queen of music
I love you bjork. Your portrait tattooed on my body will be with me until my death. Thanks for your work.
