Hotpoint Heavy Curtains Wash (Final Spin Limited)

The wash cycle went relatively well. However, on the final spin, after a long time of distribution, the machine finally started to spin. Unfortunately, the machine decided to limit at around 600 RPM (by the sound of it) which is quite disappointing since the machine has spun much more unbalanced loads in the past at 1000 RPM.
