- Was on a PM inspection when I found the liquid level not looking right on this YK. I found the original reason the level wasn't correct so we were able to resolve the root in the process.

Saddle wear on the support sheet in the subcooler bundle. Yep make sense.👍 well said.
Always great content! Thanks, Holden.
You too boss
Lot of good information there. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you.!
Great video mate 👍 could you explain how to accurately check for the liquid level reading calibration, meaning how do you know if the machine reads the level properly or if it's out of bounds .
Cheers Holden 👍
Great video!
Great video l have a problem. We have two 700 ton chillers YK variable primary configuration the plant . When chiller 2 is on without chiller 1 on .When OT above 80 WTH 58 RH we have a over 90 degree going out to cooling tower & 75 degrees coming back chiller .When both chillers run it drops down to 85 degrees with a 75 degree. We check split across the condenser and it’s not plugged . The flow is good it over 1200 GPM bypass at 0 on the BMS which mean it going out to building. We did have York check out they can determine what caused this it never ran above 85 degrees in last 10 years all the log on got on this machine.
At first Thank you. That’s what I really saw about lowering the level sensor to come over the head pressure which causes turbulence obviously . Good luck
Just filed it away in the ole memory bank. Thank you good sir
Cool, man
FieldPulse is great. Can’t say the same about the P software.
Those level sensors will get out of calibration quite often. Could have changed even from when it was started up
There are various lengths to the LLS for these chillers
Do the have training videos .
What's HVAC Meaning ?
