Another great video! Let me just say how valuable your channel is to get really helpful tips on techniques. Extra points for making your videos packed with all the necessary information, and not full of useless sales or boring bs found on other channels. Keep up the good work! 🙏 Btw a video about buoyancy would be super cool!!! 😎
Hi there, these 2 you mention are PADI specific "tricks" rather than actual skills. Hovering is a direct sideeffect of correct buoyancy and breathing technique (coming up next), and the fin pivot is a byproduct of a shortcut originating from suboptimal skill teaching. I bet you want to master these two because you want to pass a specific course. I suggest you instead of focusing on core diving skills such as correct weighting, breathing, trim and propulsion then all these so called PADI skills will become laughable and so easy that it will be second nature to perform. We are currently working on videos that you need to get the whole picture, so stay tuned.
Watch our newest video about buoyancy control! If you practise and master the techniques outlined in the video, you will never have any issues with hovering. ua-cam.com/video/Ygr43vN5aZk/v-deo.htmlsi=xm9OESqMNEd9x7qZ

Thanks for the video. Can you make more tips for the back kick? Especially, how to keep correct trim and breathing.
Absolutely! Those are 2 additional subjects, and both deserves their own video. We are currently working on those and coming up shortly :)
