- প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনার জন্মদিন উপলক্ষ্যে রাজধানীতে নৌকা বাইচের আয়োজন করা হয়। বৃহস্পতিবার (২৮ সেপ্টেম্বর) রাজধানীর বছিলার তুরাগ নদীর অংশে উক্ত নৌকা বাইচের আয়োজন করে বিআইডব্লিউটিএ। নৌকা বাইচ চলাকালীন সময়ে হঠাৎ একটি নৌকাকে ডুবিয়ে দেয়া হয় এবং সেটিকে কেন্দ্র করে দু’পক্ষের মধ্যে মারামারি শুরু হয়।
