And 100ms is too much already so i hope you will get 10-50ms internet and then you will be better :P i'm not streamer/computer/internet guy but maybe you should lower your streaming quality lil bit well lower the bit rate + instead of 720p 60fps and 1080p 60fps you should go down to regular 720 and 1080 i guess the stream would use less internet resources... And you could play normal 10-50 or max 100ms delay...

200MS is the best it can go man,Im From South-africa and we dont have servers over here so you cant get better ping than i have
