@@salvodali11 Yes, when converting an Adobe Illustrator letterhead to an MS Word file using a PNG or JPEG, it's generally better to use a transparent PNG image for elements such as the logo or background designs. This ensures that the letterhead design integrates seamlessly with the text and doesn't show a white or colored background around the design. JPEG files do not support transparency, so if transparency is important, PNG is the preferred option.
export your letterhead design as a PDF instead of PNG from illustrator, create a new document in ms word and insert your PDF by GOING to Insert > Object> Text from File. you can edit text , design.

hi, I have a question..Does the design have to be transparent?

Is it possible to convert a design that is editable, instead of using a PNG file?
