Madam, if I may say so, I would say that the teachers who are now teaching in Govt. LP, ME or HS schools in India do not possess such quality of teaching method. They have come to the profession for the only purpose of their livelihood. I am sure and certain that 1% of such quality teachers in those schools is hard to find. If their academic carreer is taken into account, it will be seen that hardly they have passed their matriculation examination in 3rd Division and HS Exam passed securing 30% marks only. Then how the society can expect such a quality teaching from them? I am optimistic that the succeeding generation of Indian society would see the face of such quality teachers, if the very project of DElEd succeeded and the dreams of our Hon'ble Human Resource Development Minister Mr. P. Jabrekar comes to reality.
