Thanks Thom!! Just some extra ideas... There are SO many good packet tricks I have used over the years... I could easily put together a massive list of great packet trick effects you can do with those cards but didn't want to make it too overwhelming.

Packet tricks are such a highly subjective area of card magic but my own personal favorites (not that anybody cares) are: Rhine's Revenge which I consider to be a packet trick, Colorful Kings by Vinnie Sagoo, Capitulating Queens by James Swain, Black Out by Karl Fulves, and NFW by Gary Freed.
Great video! My fave of the last 35 yrs is Capitulating Queens by james swain. Kickback and then Paramount by Aldo Columbini would round out the top 3. Honorable mention to Virginia City shuffle. As for wallets, I’ve owned about 10. Problem I’ve had is the dye in the leather sometimes bleeds onto the cards. My fave is an eel skin wallet tony miller made for me. Also the close up bag by TCC which carries a deck and up to 10 packet tricks.

Spectator names one and it is the only one with an odd back) Pinochle-blackjack-poker (Nick Trost Subtle Card Creations Vol 8. Four cards shown to be pairs of JD/QS, AC/JD, and finally 4 Aces.) Finally, another wallet to check out from TCC is "ACCORDION-STYLE MULTIFUNCTION BAG BY TCC" which has 10 slots to hold up to 50 cards.

My main everyday carry has always been 3 Card Monte & lately I've added Spin Doctor (I love the quick, visual magic that happens). Another one that I carry, but haven't been using it as often as I should is called Cup Cards (Magic Tao) It's a fun take on the Cups & Balls, plus all the cards are examinable at the end.
Great review! In the "gaffed" category, Capitulating Queens is my favourite and I love almost everything of John Bannon's Fractalicious DVD. In the "ungaffed" category, I always had great reactions with the "cannibals" plot: the audience loves the story, the sounds, etc. Many versions are available; I would recommend Cannibal Cards by Roy Walton and Smorgasbord Cannibals by Randy Wakeman

Must admit I didn't find this for a week or so after reading. But when I did I was disappointed. It is likely it will work, but not guaranteed. There is a move to get around one possibility but that will not always work either. It depends on the spectator's cut.
A nice vid subject. I recently picked up the JOL packet trick wallet from Propdog. It's brilliant. Room for 6 packet tricks plus coins, in quality leather. BWave, Darryl's Monte and others in mine.
